Ok so I have decided to take another cycle but I want to do it right. I was thinking test e,winny, and clen. Pct would be nolvadex. Can anyone put together a sample table for me? I want to cut but build muscle at the same time. And I would like to do without the limp noodle. I'm 5"11 and 225. My diet will be 2500 calories a day. Mostly Protein shakes,canned tuna/salmon and veggies. Any help would be great.
