im not training hard right now...i just have no drive at the moment but it eventually comes...when i am training hard its more like everyday but sunday....about an hour in the gym...my goals right now is to put on about 10lbs solid mass and be able to keep it...im sick of fluctuating back and forth..it just gets old

ya when ppl guess how much i weight they are never even close...i dont get it

i guess its just my genes? its so freaking annoying....if i dont constantly eat i get nowhere

as soon as you stop taking the steroids and get lazy again (which you imply you do) you will just go back to your old self.. then your appetetite is fucked and you feel shit at the gym cause your lifting a fraction of what your were lifting before when you were on..

i was in your position nearly 2 years ago. i learnt the above lesson

I'm 6'5" and have found it difficult since I started training 6 years ago. I started training at 154lbs (yeh fucking skinny bro) and am now at 239lbs.

You can't afford to get lazy ,you need to stick at it 365 days of the year ,eat ,eat ,eat ,train ,train ,train.

Ive seen myself go at it for 6 months and gain 10lbs and then as soom as i slack ,even for a few weeks my weight plummets seriously.

Just gotta accept that we have 1 of those metabolisms and that we have to put a lot more effort in than most.

I dont think aas is the answer for you right now ,get to 200lbs naturally ,which can be done (i did it) and then consider using gear.

Stick at it bro all will come good :)

you need to move training and eating way up on your list of important things in your life

it probably is in your genes...more reasons for you to work even harder at training and eating. focus in the gym...intensity....get pissed.

thanks for all the input...ill just eat like a horse and keep it that way instead of slack off after awhile...and train hard too

it must be a commitment

I would advise against steroids. Your looking for something to help you keep the weight on. Steroids are notorious for helping you gain weight but you always tend to lose some after the cycle. Therefore you'd be doing exactly what your doing now. The problem is your diet, Eat more and eat often. Keep it to small meals 8 a day that includes snacks. Drink 4 protein shakes a day (proteinfactory 10lb pales rock!). There is absolutely no way that if you keep that up and even after you bulk up cut down to 6 meals a day and 2 shakes you should be able to keep the weight. Diet is #1, then Training, Then Supplements and AS. Your young to, so you have tons of free test, don't waste it with taking steroids.

I find it ironic that so many people say wait for extended periods (5 years) before you use steroids, but almost none of them waited anywhere near that long.

In the post below ...

B_Light said he will have been working out 2 years in May 2008. So that is really about a year and a half at the time he posted. After roughly a year ... he did a cycle of testosterone cypionate 500mg a week for 13 weeks and put on 15-20 lbs.

But started scrawny as hell ... check the before pics buried in the post ...

Everyone is complimenting him on how great and developed he looks after such a short period of working out. And he does look fantastic. Anyway, I guarantee he would not have gotten to that point without juice. I am not condemning him at all ... actually the contrary.

Maybe he regrets not waiting 5 years? Not a chance.

I apologize B-Light for putting you on the spot ... but you are a classic example (in a good way) of why skinny guys use steriods.

Im a tall dude, about 6'4 and pretty skinny...i can put weight on fast but as soon as i let up its gone in a matter of days...I can gain weight fast but lose it at the drop of a dime...with that being said im looking for something to give me a boost and allow me to keep weight and muscle on...also a more hard look, i have a soft build...any thoughts on a first cycle??
sounds like you need to change your life stile along with your diet. Change it and keep it changed.
