Never Done Steroids, Looking To Do My First Cycle...????

DAMN 160-185??? Im 6'5" and weigh 260 !! you need to EAT AND TRAIN HEAVY. I am not even ridiculously huge for my height and have 100 lbs on you!
 
im not training hard right now...i just have no drive at the moment but it eventually comes...when i am training hard its more like everyday but sunday....about an hour in the gym...my goals right now is to put on about 10lbs solid mass and be able to keep it...im sick of fluctuating back and forth..it just gets old


ya when ppl guess how much i weight they are never even close...i dont get it

i guess its just my genes? its so freaking annoying....if i dont constantly eat i get nowhere
 
Man you should be glad you have a fast metabolism, 4000 calories should definitely be enough to gain weight. If you were to eat that many calories consistantly with plenty of protein and hard training theres no way you wont gain. Technically you dont even need that many calories for you body weight.
 
you arent eating enough protein or your body is not holding on to it... cut out cardio and lift heavy-- eat LOTS of protein. and get on glutamine or creatine so your body will hold on to it
 
ya i gain the weight but as soon as i slow it down i lose it....it gets old shoving my face every sec of everyday haha....i wish it would just stay on...theres prolly more fat gained to if you look at my pics i posted
 
ok ill start taking both...ive taken creatine before and am on it now but i think i just gained water weight...i was alot stronger tho and thats when i weighed the most at 188

since i use to be fat i can put on fat easy but also lose it fast...i guess ill have to be careful

looking at my pictures when i was bigger theres def a layer of unwanted fat but when i try and lose it like adding cardio i lose all my weight gained and get back to little ripped guy haha
 
eat like a horse and run 500mg test e or c a week for 8 weeks. Don't stack different compounds on yer first cycle, just run the test so you can gauge how it works with your body and put on some muscle as well. Using gear is a trial and error sort of game. Cuz nobody knows how any certain chemical will affect them.
 
You didnt specify your exact weight so lets just say you are 175. You need atleast 3200 calories a day to gain weight and should probably be taking atleast 200 grams of protein a day. You also are training at a minimum of 3 days a week. So lets say you did this for 3-5 months and you gained 15 solid pounds. This is by far the best size you have had and you would like to maintain it. You cannot just drop down to 2500 calories a day, if you were to do that you would lose weight. In order to maintain weight you have to keep your calories up, at a weight of 190 they should be around 2900 minimum. Honestly you dont have to "stuff" your face to gain weight, 5 to 6 small meals a day is fine and you will get all the cals you need.

If you are curious on how i calculated the cals its:
Fat loss = 12 - 13 calories per lb. of bodyweight
Maintenance = 15-16 calories per lb. of bodyweight
Weight gain = 18 to 20+ calories per lb. of bodyweight

As far as gaining some chub with extra cals just do light cardio nothing major.

you could do that too, but i would wait until you are older than 20. but if you do get on gear make sure to study up and have everythiong else like diet and training dialed in and clean. and make sure you run aa proper PCT.

thats not the best advice after seeing his stats
