Never Done Steroids, Looking To Do My First Cycle...????

Im a tall dude, about 6'4 and pretty skinny...i can put weight on fast but as soon as i let up its gone in a matter of days...I can gain weight fast but lose it at the drop of a dime...with that being said im looking for something to give me a boost and allow me to keep weight and muscle on...also a more hard look, i have a soft build...any thoughts on a first cycle??
 
what sre you stats? like how long have you trained and how have you trained and what consistency and height wieght bodyfat%, diet, current workout routine,, ETC need i go on?
I'm 6'5" and an ex div 1 basketball player (meaning skinny as hell years ago) so i may be able to help you if you post good info.

P.S. please dont fudge on the stats cause it will onoly hinder you in the long run.

ive trained for about 4 years now...weight has gone back and forth between 162 and 185...once i get the bulk on tho i lose it super fast...bf% when i weight in the 160s is 8% and when i put the weight on more like 10-12 %
when i get into the wanna get ripped stage i eat real strict...6 meals a day, staying low in fat and carbs...when i wanna bulk i still watch what i eat, just not as strict...like i may add cheese to a grilled chicken sandwhich or something haha...my current routine as of now is chest mon and fri....lifting heavy mon and light fri just to get a pump...tues and sat arms...wed i do all lower body but being tall (6'4 almost) im mostly all legs so its hard for me to bulk them....i take thurs and sunday off...weird sched but i have to with schooling...

ps i also use to be fat so i can gain it quick but for some reason now i lose it fast...which i guess is a good thing? maybe thats why i kinda have a soft look
 
when i try to bulk i eat enough....about 4000 cals...i just eat for the hell of it...one meal will be a chicken sandwhich then 5 mins later a bowl of bran flakes with natural peanut butter scopped in it haha

o and these pics are my many diff builds...those were all taken in the same year



as soon as i start getting meaty i slack off for like a few days and im back to square one
