Neurogenex is quite different from adderal, in mechanism of action. That said people that benefit from adderal will generally benefit from neurogenex. The effects will be different, but the end result (ability to concentrate, remember, etc) will often be similar. With the important adjunct that neurogenex will actually improve neural metabolism and neural health (the opposite of what adderal tends to do)
