NEUROGENEX and ALCAR are in!!!

i got my 2 bottles of neuro and a bottle of alcar in today from Anafit; and im quite IMPRESSED with the customer service and the quickness it took to get here, i live in HI and i put in the order in on the wednesday. so when i got home from the gym, i was like 'damn that was fast'

okay, ive got a few questions for MACRO,
how many caps of the neurogenex should i take daily? and how many grams of the ALCAR do i need for its nootropic effects?
should i spread out the Alcar too?

I believe its recommended for 4 caps per day seperated (2 in the am and 2 in the pm)...In terms of ALC, I normally take around 2-3g per day

with alacar you can go as high as 4-8g total per day (some go as high as 10g- its a matter of preference and economics)

its best if taken in 2-3 split dosages

each liporexin cap contains 400mg of alcar

DAMN!!!!! That's insane! 10g ALC daily? That turns out to be a PRICEY supplement esp if you stack that with 6 TREX, 6 LREX, Yohimburn and Glucorell daily

well with 6 doses of levorex and 6 caps of T-rex, you are already at near 3g of alcar

Imho quite excessive

for most people yes. Though as with most things some individuals will have WILDLY different "needs".

possibly, ADHD is not all that well understood. Though ALcar does have wide ranging effects on neural metabolism, so it should have an impact.

ALCAR have many purposes in your regement. ALCAR and Glucorell R are considered the premier combination for cancer prevention. Dr Bruce Ames (one of the world's most respected onocologists) has every one of his patients on it at Children's Hospital in San Francisco, one of the nations leading pediatric onocological research hospitals.
ALCAR also stimulates better brain function and aids in fat loss.

Tyrosine is specifically used to treat depression because it is a precursor for those neurotransmitters that are responsible for transmitting nerve impulses and essential for preventing depression. In fact, in a study of healthy women who underwent phenylalanine/tyrosine depletion, the results showed a lowering of mood (Leyton et al. 1999). Another study, this time with healthy male volunteers in a randomized, double blind study, reinforced the earlier research (Grevet et al. 2002). I took neurogenex about a year ago for finals and I've been feeling more brain-dead and brain-foggy ever since. What are the long-term effects? I've been kind of concerned about it recently since finals are coming up again.

LOL!!! that's pretty funny.
There are no long term effects since all the ingredients are eliminated within 28 days of stopping. But you can certainly tell the difference with and without it.

May I ask what your expectations from the supp are?

Some people (not saying YOU) expect it (or others) to be a magic pill. It's not like using the supp will make you wake up one day as a genius ...

I was expecting that same boost of creativity and mental focus that I get from thermogenics...but w/o the jitter effects, maybe I was wrong in my expectations. But really I couldnt tell any difference...

I just added Neuro back in 2 caps AM 2 PM but it's only been a week and haven't really noticed much yet either. How are you dosing?

try doing something creative that you would normally have trouble with. if you dont have the right stimulus environment you wont notice a difference from other's experiences

Maybe you should tell us which 'bottle' you're talking abous, as the title refers to TWO different products.

Also, perhaps the dosing would give us a little information.
