Ok im about done with a bulking cycle, i want to drop a couple BF% points maybe like 3%, i want to lose as little muscle as possible, and dont mind taking along time to lose the BF if that means losing less muscle, i was thinking of eating the same 6-7 meals a day with around 300 grams of protein a day, but just dropping the fat a little and lowering the carbs, i never have dieted down so its new for me, i've always been bulking or maintaining, any suggestions or reccomendations
