Need your help to win a weight loss competition

Hey guys i always look her for help, but rarely post but this time i need your help, me and some buddies from work decided to do a weight loss competition and i decided to join. I am a gym rat and love working out and when I told them i joined they laughed cause they dont think i could lose that much to begin with, but i took it as a challenge to win especially since i was getting bored with the gym after busting my ass all summer. I am about 5"11 and weighed in at 192 two mondays ago, this monday would be two weeks and i have lost about 11 pounds, my diets OK basically drinking nothing but water, and trying to eat as healthy as I can. I have one co worker who has been losing a lot of weight and is probably going to win, becaus eof his strict diet, but its hard for me to keep such a strict diet so I basically been doing it through hard work at the gym running atleast 5 miles 10 of the 12 days since the competition started. So with alittle over 3 weeks left i plan on keeping up on the cardio as much as i have been doin, but If you guys could think of anything else i could do that could also help me drop a few extra pounds I would appreciate it. I also still workout but havent been going to crazy since I aint looking to gain muscle mass until this competition is over.

Thanks everyone

also i would say my body fat is at 15 or lower, even though I don't know for sure, and I dont eat much which I know is bad, i been basically just eating fruits throughout the day and one full meal for dinner which i try to keep as healthy as i can, like grilled chicken sandwhiches, tuna, stuff like that, i've been trying to tell myself to take in as little calories as I can and than try to lose about 500 or more at the gym just through cardio. I have a feeling you guys are gonna tell me this is a terrible way to go about it

It's not terrible, its a GREAT way to lose all your muscle mass. Why are you in a weight loss competition at 181lbs anyway?
