Need to drop 20 asap!

Hey. I'm trying to drop some pounds(20) as quick as possible. I know a large amount will be water but need to get lean in three weeks. Recently gained those 20 pds in a month. My question is if I eat only protein not even any vegtables can I drop that weight quickly? I'm desperate-any tips will help! I am working out for approx 2 hours a day. I'm a female who just wants to lose the flab! Thanks!
 
Just a warning about very low/no carb "diets" - certain people can tend to have, erm, explosive results when they go back to or eat even 1 meal of "regular" food......
 
so only fat and protein. How many carbs would u recommend staying under-tell you the truth at this point I don't care if I feel like crap. I think eating all these vegis is making me hungrier -i know sounds nuts!
 
I will never say remove a macronutrient from your diet. I think in most folks cases if they want to lose weight , then carb intake should be reduced

What I do is eat yogurt and drink grapefruit juice. Then I will have some spinach or brocoli.

But carbs are limited to that for the most part
