Hey. I'm trying to drop some pounds(20) as quick as possible. I know a large amount will be water but need to get lean in three weeks. Recently gained those 20 pds in a month. My question is if I eat only protein not even any vegtables can I drop that weight quickly? I'm desperate-any tips will help! I am working out for approx 2 hours a day. I'm a female who just wants to lose the flab! Thanks!
