Currently on 600EQ 250 Test E....my lower part of chest has some fat...what would be the best way to cut this? I only do flat bench and inlcine press amongst other exercises for mid and upper..should I do high reps low weight? or go for 6-8 on high weight??? what exercises do you recomend I feel like a newb asking this shit but im just noticing my lower chest isnt as cut as my mid/upper.

I'm no expert here, but I notice that doing decline bench and dips really work for helping form my lower chest and strengthing it up. They both are uncomfortable and pretty much suck, but I do what I can.

if you have mild gyno wont this become worse? because the muscle is going to thicken and push out...im not sure if i have mild gyno or just fat

deep dips always tighten my lower pecs up.....not weighted heavey becuase that makes um swell but rather sets of 20 reps + seems to tighten that area

Lower chest fat is a common problem, especially for those of us without high-cut pecs.

Kind of like lower abdominal fat and lower back fat, it's a matter of hardcore dieting to get rid of it. No exercise will correct an area genetically prone to fat accumulation... working your abs out more or differently won't make any difference to the fat covering them, only diet.
