Hi, I have neat abs for the 4 upper abs, but my left lower ab is twice the size of my right(which has split into 2), thus it looks as though i've 3 on my left and 4 on my right.
Because of this, I feel that I'm only working my right lower abs when I do crunches/many other abs exercise.
Is there a way to balance them out?
What are the exercises that I can do?
