I'm a 24 yr. old female that weights 130 lbs. & have 22% body fat...here's my problem...I LACK CONSISTENCY!! I enjoy work out physically & especially psychologically, but it seems every time I reach about 6 months of being consistent or I reach what I think is a major improvement in my physique..."POOF" I go back to slacking off! Then it becomes difficult to get motivated again. Every time I start working out, I think that this time is going to be different.
So here's my question to those of who you that have been able to stick with it...what keeps you motivated & focused? I would really love to hear some advice or suggestions! Thanks
