I've been married to my wife for 15 years...she's healthy and 36. She didn't have her first orgasm until she was in her late 20/early 30's.

AFAIK, she still hasn't had an orgasm during intercourse. (She can have one manually and orally and they are very strong and noticible.) This is probably my bad....as we are having intercourse she gets excited and starts to peak...however, this gets me excited and need to stop, which in turn causes her to 'lose it' so to speak . We keep saying "maybe some day" but it's been quite a while...lol....any advice here?

Secondly, in the past 6-7 years that she has had orgasm's she has ejaculated (if that's the term) twice that I'm aware of....both times as I was doing her orally. In a way you answered your own question here. You know that during intercourse she does get aroused, reach a peak point, but can not get over that hill because you must slow down or stop which makes her have to start all over again.

Solution, although I'm sure it will be hard, try to think less about that which excites you at her peak point without having to stop or slow down in order to help her reach orgasm. Also focus less on the big O and focus more on what feels good during your intimate moments. If you are goal-orientated during sex most people have a harder time reaching that goal. The goal being orgasm. Also, not all women are able to reach orgasm during vaginal intercourse. In fact, a large percentage of women never do. Trying different positions- ones where she can receive vaginal penetration while receiving clitoral stimulation would help.
