Well in the past, when i wanted to bulk i just ate everything i could see... But as im aging, im gaining a littel more fat than i wanted to. I just started a m1t cycle, and i want to start on a clean bulking diet, maybe around 4000cals... can anyone post a diet thats would fit this? I tried searching for it, but not being a plantum member doesnt help very much, thanks for the help!
