imo you should put the cycle off for a while. you need to get the diet right first. start with this.
2g protein from beef, eggs, chicken, milk
2g carbs from oats, whole grains, sweat taters
.5g fat from nuts
thee nunbers should be taken per lb of bw per day split between 6-10 meals each of these meals should include broccoli or spinach. and you should eat 1 apple and 1 bananna every day. you should also be drinking lots of water with and between these meals. take a multi v ed.
to make swure you understand how the numbers work say you weigh 200lbs. you would then need 400g protein ed. if you where going to eat 8 meals per day you would need to eat 50g protein per meal.
in addition to all of the above you should drink a protein shake post w/o the main protein source should be whey and the main carb source should be dextrose or similar.
once you get your veins unclogged for a while and have figured out how to effectively work the diet you will be in a much better place for the cycle.
