I'm 5'8 140 lbs about 10% body fat. i would like to know why i can't seem to gain any weight and what ya'll suggest that i do. I drink about 1gallon of milk every other day and i'm trying to eat food with pently of protein....
my workout is like this [ mon - i train my arms , chest , abs] TUE i train my legs, back and shoulders,wesneday do my chest etc, thur legs back etc. then i take the week end off. Am i doing something wrong? I starting to see alittle gain. but also i work out at home with free weights so i can't always try to max out with so of my exercises?Could that be a problem?:beer:
 
dude spread the routine out! don't do monday tuesday, wednesday, then the rest .... do monday, wednesday, then friday... your body needs to rest in between. And only one thing comes to mind.. PIG OUT. eat the fattiest things possible. Eat at mcdonalds or some place like that. Yeah try signing up to a gym and hit every body part, you will get 100 times better results with all the machines.
