I'm 41, 5'6", weight is between 130 and 135. My body fat is 15%, I work out no less than four days a week but aim for five to six. Weight training everyday and cardio at least three days for 20 to 30 minutes after my workout. I eat pretty clean, still trying to up my protein intake, missing about 10 to 20 grams per day. Not much into supplements.
