Allright people I'm new to this. :)

so I was wondering I'm getting some d Bol steroids

And I was wondering?

How meny times do I go gym for them to take effected ?


Plus what food supplements do I need?

I no a few like.

Chicken

Peanuts

Egg

Tuner?

And how much mg do I need to take before gym?

Or when do I take then soon as I get up/or mod after noon?

listen you need to take 100mgs for the first 2 weeks then 250mgs after that for whenever you want.. you will get big and strong my friend. .

Hi Sean

Think you really need to sort the diet out and get your training sorted first! You wont get the full benefit from the gear if you dont have a solid diet and consistent training regime behind you but you will still have to deal with the negatives that come with using dbol.

Get your diet sorted and hit the gym solid for a year, then if you insist on using the gear maybe try it then!

You are wasting your money and risking your health unnecessarily otherwise by using them too soon.......i would suggest a year of training isnt really enough but its your choice.

I take it you have got your PCT sorted...........

Allright thanks for the info I was gunna get 200 as my mate said he does then and he only go gym like 1/2 a week

But I don't no what todo as I'm stuck with to different things.

And what does PCT mean??
