What would you use instead of clen to get the same results? Burn fat fast and effective? Something that really work...
I have never tried clen before but I have used steroids..

Cardio works fast for me, especially with a good diet.

Fasted cardio works even better but do some research there is a ton of stuff out there eq will give you immense hunger so u will be stuffing your face all day and your running clen so it kind of defeats the purpose what are your goals

Clen will fuck up the valves in your heart, do you like the way your heart works?
If you said yes, then drop the clen.
