Bro you play basket ball and weigh less than 140lbs. I take it you are rather tall , 6'? This means you are skinny as hell. You need to bulk up. However, I realize that what you want do is cut, but what for? Just gain strength. BB season starts rather soon though, so you wont make any significant gains, but my advice is dont cut, youll be even lighter and theyll own in the court.
