i am ready to diet again...however, i am not really sure what to eat. i do about 30 minutes of cardio, 3 times a week and some weight training on those days too. however, even if i eat like nothing, i never see a difference! i know you are suppose to eat like 6 meals a day; i am a teacher and i have time to eat in between classes and stuff. i have been eating a granola bar for breakfast, i will have a yogurt and maybe some pretzels for lunch and a normal dinner. but i am thinking that there are some things i can do better. will fiber supplements help?

thanks for the info...

that is practically my diet; i usually wake up at like 5:30, eat a granola bar...about 11:00 i eat an apple and have a yogurt and dinner is whatever is made...whether it be steak, pot roast, grilled chicken, etc.
i train at like 5:30-6:00 pm too. i know,,,,i am suppose to train in the morning but i am not a morning person...i wish i was.

thanks for your help

You need to change your diet!! You are eating way to many carbs...and they are not the right kind...Eat a source of protein at every meal...6 small meals a day...if you are in a rush etc..try some low carb protein bars, or shakes..just to get something in you. Otherwise..eat chicken, tuna, lean red meat, eggs, cottage cheese, fish, turkey breasts etc...take in tons of water!! Cut out the pretzels, yogurt..and any processed foods...they are not needed. Eat complex carbs like oatmeal, yams, rice, and so on..eat veggies with every meal..and take in good fats like olive oil, flax oil, nat pb..etc...keep saturated fats low. Follow spats advice for workouts:)
