Need Help from the Anabolic Board !!!

Hey Anabolic Experts,

Need Solutions and Suggestions to get Ultra Ripped (My goal is NOT to bulk up, just to get ripped):

Up until now, I've been completely natural and I want to get really ripped. I've always been having problems with fat deposits around my chest ... I do cardio 4x - 5x a week (35 - 60 minutes of treadmill running). I now focus on the big muscle groups - chest and back exercises.

Stats:

5'8" 172 lbs.
chest - 43 in.
arms - 16.25 in. (not pumped)
waist - 30.5 in. (i wear 33-inch levi jeans)
quads - 24 in.
calves - 15.5 in.

Need your "constructive advice" ....

Should I go beyond 'natural' to achieve the ripped effect ? Right now, I could see a 4-pack ... only when I tense a bit do I see some sort of 6-pack .... Thanks for any input.
 
First, cut back on the cardio. Too much cardio can comprimise gains in strength and size. I'm not saying eliminate it but try 3X/wk for 30-45minutes. Your weight training should be intense and short. Keep rest periods short (about 1minute MAX between sets) and hit your muscles from every possible angle. I.E. don't do 3 X 10. Try doing 1-2sets for many different exercises. Here's an example of my chest day:
Bench 2X10-12 rest:90s
Incline flyes 2X10-12 rest 45s
Decline dbell press 2X1012 rest 60s
Flat flyes 2X10-12 rest 45s
Incline press 2X10-12 rest 60s
Cable cross 2X10-12 rest 45s

Don't forget to work legs (you didn't list them I think)
BUt most important is keep your diet CLEAN! Unfortunately there's no way to elaborate on this one without taking up an hour or so typing. Good luck.

Cyberflash, this would be a great first cycle to cut you up!

test-prop/winny/fina/primo/eq/anavar/halo/masteron/gh/t3/DNP/PG2FA and some clen at the end!!!

Just kidding brow. You have to FOCUS on your diet and cardio to get lean. Drugs won't get you lean, DIET AND CARDIO WILL. I'd say DIET most importantly!

Drugs can't hurt if you want to maintain a lot while you're shrink wrapping those hard earned muscles. There's so much on cutting cycles here, have you tried search much? If not, I'm sure a few bros have some suggestions.
 
Like the other guys said, DIET. It is the most important aspect of losing or gaining weight regardless of drugs or exercise.
 
If your looking to use "drugs" then I would use clenbuterol and t3. These are not steroids. Its seems like you have a fair bit of cutting to do to be ripped. I would say close to 30lbs of fat if your talking about being 6-8%. If you use t3 it will eat away at muscles so it would be adviseable to use anaver or primobolan with it. Most importantly, DIET!
