Hey all, I live in the united states, I am 16 and have been lifting for quite some time, I am 5'10 at 160 pounds.. not bad muscle size, I play football and wrestle.. I want a good diet, I dont have much time to eat because of our gay 8 hour a day school schedule.. lol. I was thinking about buying protein bars and taking them to school.. I have protein drink and I eat a lot of meat I try to eat tuna, but sometimes cant choke it down.. any suggestions for some serious mass gain, dont want a lot of fat, need to keep fast, shredded!! thanks
