Need advice ???

I'm working out with my b/f who is on his 3 week of an 8 week cycle. I've been talking to him about starting my own cycle and I have done alot of reading on many injectables (primo,nandrolone,Winny,etc). But I'm still not sure whats right for me. My b/f has been great with advice, but I'm looking for a female point of view. All advice is welcome.

I'm 27, 145 lbs. 5'7 about 25% bf. 25 mins of cardio 3 times a week.Weight training with 30-45lbs,5 days a week. Working on my diet.I know that it is very important to get what I want. 7am 3 egg whites,and a banana.,12:30-1:30 grilled chicken breast,and yogurt,5:00 fish or chicken, steamed veggie. For in between snacks, jello, yogurt, or cottege cheese. I drink water all day, I might have one soda a week. Cranberry juice is my weekness. I'm really busy everyday and sometimes I only get to eat lunch. Which I know is not good.

Everyone will tell u to clean up your diet and lose some body fat without taking the extra stuff. A clean diet and lower body fat is necessary in order to see results
