I remember reading somewhere that if you overfill the implants, it voids the warranty.

a) is this true?
b) does it even matter?

that's what I was thinking...does it even matter if the so-called-warranty is voided? it just struck me as a little strange!

Well, when i did my research I found in some instances this was true. I did also confront my doctor about this and he informed me that this used to be so. He said there are alot of factors that are taken in ie.. amount of cc's used to overfill. I believe depending on the manufactor they allow a certain degree of overfill.

As for the warantee:D Well I am guessing that I don't have to go in for tune ups :D JK !!! This is for instances that the implant would rupture. They would replace that implant for free.

All of my life I had larger boobs. Since I started lifting they have gone down two cup sizes. DDD's are what I like and am used to. I simply miss them. I'm also not narrow waisted and if I just had a lift, I'd probably be a small C and on me, I wouldn't like that at all. Weird as it may seem, I feel very unballanced with smaller boobs. The last time I was this small I was in H.S. When I nursed my daughter for over a year I had double F's. Smaller boobs just aren't ME. I love the smaller look on other women but for myself, I prefer larger.

i was the same way, i was a large c prior to having my son, a nice full d after, for many years, got back into working out, and they shrunk to a small c, i was terribly unhappy. i'm a large d/dd now, with my unders, no one ever knows they are fake, unless i tell them!

as far as the training goes, i bench heavier now than i did before my surgery!

I had breast reduction last March. Went from "I" to "DD" cup (Now, I'm more like DDD). Before surgery, the doc thought I would end up with a "C." But I'm quite happy with what I got. I would have been unhappy with smaller (below D) breasts b/c I'm just "used to" being big-breasted (I was a D cup as a skinny 15 year-old) and now, it balances out the rest of my chubby bod.

Just found out from a nurse friend of ours that works in the hospital where this doc. also works, that this doctor's office has a higher than average rate of infection! She's going to recommend another doctor for me to go to. It's so frustrating and scary when we hear things like this.

But it's good you found out sooner rather than later! Nurses are a great resource for information about doctors. Even if a nurse you know doesn't specifically know the doc in question, most likely they can find out from one of their many medical contacts.
