Need advice on presciption for anti-anxiety

I tend to have anxiety, and have xanax generic just got prescribed klonapin is this any better and does it do almost the same thing

klon's last longer, it gives an all day staple relief. xanax acts quick and is out quick

First off - all benzo's (Valium, Xanax, Klonapin) are all very addictive, so just be careful.

Now - Klonapin has the longest 1/2 life of all the Benzo's which makes it the choice script cause it takes a little while to "slowly" kick-in (which makes it a better choice than Val, or Xan) with Valium or Xanax - the relief is quick - which makes them more mentally satisfying as a "quick-fix" - however - with the shorter 1/2-life - you need to take them more often then the Klon.

Long story short - Use Klonapin - it's "easily" the best choice and you will find that you need less and the results are steady and moderate - not quick and intense.

what's the source of your anxiety though? Maybe you are hyperthyroid.
