Need advice on my nutrition plan...

Just one more questions: for breakfast i am suppost to eat 3 eggs,4 egg whites,1 cup of oatmeal,but i am not a big breakfast eater so i cant finish this without trowing up,so what can i eat instead of this that would substitute this?? thanks

DON'T SUBSTITUTE. They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day for a very good reason- Your body is depleted of nutrition and needs to be revved up for the day ahead. Eggs+oatmeal is the easiest way to get what you need to feed the machine. OK, you can substitute egg protein powder for real eggs, but only if you really need to.
 
if your used to undereating it WILL take you awhile to get used to the eating schedule... just take ur time with it... it doesn't need to be eating in a 10 minute period of time.
