need a lil bit of help - damn carbs

ive got self control (for the most part) but after my second 500 cal cardio session in the day, all i want are 329009839 carbs. whats everyone do to help curve the appetite. im runnning eca in the am, which helps alot, but cant take it late in the pm - so whats everyone use.
 
Ok, I hear frustration, but your post is not clear.

Are you doing cardio after weights?

If so, then you need carbs afterward.

Losing fat is more about calories in-calories out, it isn't about whether or not you eat carbs/fat/protein.

Remember that for many, fat is still the 'baddie' as far as dieting goes, and it has been what everyone thought was exclusively responsible for people being fat.

Now it is carbs, same deal.


Just like fats, not all carbs are created equally.

Don't be carbo-phobic, they are not evil.

sorry, ok ill try and clear it up

im not carbophoebic - and no fattie lol

ive got a 6 pack, but i really really want to cut up those lower abs.

so heres what ive been doing - lifting 3 days a week, with am empty stomach cardio

4 days a week, two daily cardio sessions

diet is all dialed in, went from 18+% body fat to 10% maybe lower on a good day :)

im on the sauce, with plenty of protein to minimize muscle loss

my pm cardio sesh is late in the pm, so ill just TRY and have a protein shake, electroites, and some fruit, but damn i am having some serious carb hungers after that second cardio sesh and i mean bad bad carbs, the crunchy kind

oh and i dont mix cardio and weights in the same session - cardio am and weights in the pm - being up this late isnt a regular thing either, i know it tends to lax my diet

I am doing the same thing with cardio in the morning and lifting at night and sometimes even more cardio at night and it seems I get real hungry and want carbs at night. I think I am going to try and eat more earlier and see if it'll help lesson my wants later at night.

tried to eat more earlier, but problem is as soon as i hit a second cardio sesh, which is usually around 500 cals, all i'll want is something crunchy, i dont keep anything in the house but damn ive gone as far as stopping by a gas station ont he way homefor some damn cheetos - i dont even like cheetos!

That is crazy I am the same way!! I usually do about 400-500 calories also and I just get this serious craving after!

ephedrine/caffeine helps me in the day but i cant take that shit past 2 or ill be up all night - if i keep giving in to these craving, i think i may be better off dropping the pm cardio because i think its led to more cals in then what im burning

Yes I am the same way I have a hard time sleeping as it is so I can't take that stuff late. I am going to have to figure something out because I really don't want to drop my night cardio.
