Need a Diet for my Lifestyle

Ok fellas,

I need a diet for me to get cut up before I goto Acapuclo in the 2nd week of March... However, I really don't want to do antyhing that is ketosis because I have basektball season from now till March and its impossible to practice and play a game when you have no carbs in your system. Also I feel that such high intesity cardio will make you lose muscle mass while doing a keto diet....

Anyone who has a plan for me or some suggestions please let me know... I got measured for body compositon the other day and came out to be 223 with 11% bodyfat and my goal is to be around the 7-8% range by the time for Spring Break....

Also if someone could give me a link or something so I know what to do for a kinda pre-contest diet to lose some water at the end of the diet.... Keep in mind that I'm natural :)

Try calorie/carb/protein cycling
weight x 15 +/- 10%
50%protein/30%carbs/20% fat
