Need a bit of help, Last Var only cycle

Hi there

Okay so i am on a second var only cycle. my first one i did 2 years ago, but back then i was like 211 LBS 25% bf. (waste of time) even though i went from like 25 to 18%. cutting hard. But i realized i could have done that the normal way.

Currently i'm around 12 % BF, i weigh 176 LBS and my goal was actually to do a bulk cycle, but since i'm going on holiday in spring and test etc is ran for 10/14 weeks, i figured i'd just do a final cut to get shredded and do a bulk after my vacation.

I'm on 1 week now, 60 MG/ed (did 80 MG 2 years ago) but this time 60 MG/ed just to spare muscles.

My question is, My maintenance calories is around 2750 Kcal. Would 750 Kcal under maintenance be to much? that would be near 1.5/2 LBS per week in fat loss

Or could i eat like 250 Kcal under maintenance and still eat 2500 Kcal/daily, whilst cutting the fat and maybe gain some muscle?

You can't cut calories and gain muscle. Not flaming you, it's basic math/science.

Say you want to build a nest egg for retirement. If you make 2,000 a month and have 2,000 in expenses, can you put away 500 a month?

If you want to bulk (clean bulk even) you need to restructure your entire approach.
 
Tks for the replies. To saulgoodman: i know to get more muscles you need to be in a surplus. But ive heard stories where people add lbm on maintenance... But i agree that one should just pick 1 , bulk or cut. Im currently around 12% bf and dont have enough time to do a good bulk before summer so i will just cut.

I worked iut to eat around 25% under maintenance. 2150 kcal.. Doing var at 60 mg.day. would that be within a good range for total kcal?
