SubjectiveIllusion New member Jun 14, 2003 #3 I just flex my neck as hard as I can when doing db shoulder shrugs in a circular motion. I get results just from this. I don't feel there is a need to do a seperate excercise and isolate.

J jeremys Guest Jun 14, 2003 #4 heavy compound movements will make you grow all over. also some stretching (ie wrestler's bridges) i wouldnt isolate neck. one wrong move and you wont be doing much of anything for a long time
