But like Daisy Girl said, everyone resoponds to things differently. My goal now is to lose Body fat and gain some or maintain my muscles. and later after I reach my goal I would want to try the Insulin spike that I havent tried yet. Why try something new, where I dont know if its going to do any good for me? I will stick to the oats, Yams, Brown rice routine post workout and hopefuly 6 weeks later I will let you guys know how this worked out and shock my body with some insulin spike post workout in the future![]()
