SSAlexSS. I tend to agree with you. Altough I'm not sure about your equations (I suck in math) I do not believe that huge amounts of protein are nessesary. From my biology background, it doesn't seem likely that the body will benefit much more from large amounts of protein than smaller amounts of protein. I think the "1.5g/day" slogan was started by companies to sell more protein powder. I weigh 230, and benefit just fine off 200g/protein/day. Just my $.02 .....
