n2flame + n2burn dose suggestions

Hello!

I started taking n2flame+n2burn last week (one of each twice a day so far). I'm trying to figure out what the optimum dosage and when would be to stack these two products.

Quick rundown about my routine:
Monday-Friday
530am - bcaa + coffee w/ a little cream
630am - 830am gym + protein shake at the end
930am breakfast - meat and fruit
1pm lunch - meat and veggies
6pm dinner - meat and veggies
9pm bedtime.

I drink copious amounts of water and coffee w/ a little cream through out the day, but I have to stop drinking coffee at 3 in order to be asleep by 10.

Saturday-Sunday rest days, but still mostly the same diet and timing.

35 years old

Goals: burn up the remainder of this stubborn stomach and chest fat with out losing significant muscle asap. (maybe 10 pounds of fat)

I'm thinking 2 burn pre workout, 2 flame with breakfast, and 2 more flame with lunch? Is that dumb? Is it as simple as one of each pre workout and 1 of each in the afternoon? On rest days? Just trying to get optimal intake for optimal performance. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
 
Just try a few different ways and see what you like best. There's no real optimum way for everyone as we all respond differently do find what's best for you.
 
Bring extra shirts with you on the n2flame. Stuff makes me sweat like a whore in church. But it's awesome especially pre workout.
