I use the dosing on the site as I created the dosing on the site but I would cut that does in half if you are not used to thermo's or stims man. Add in some Need2slin 1 cap 3 times a day too if you like its got no stims at all.

I in fact have one pic already, although it doesn't show much fat. i am visiting take this photo once a week to measure just how much muscle mass ive kept, and the other pictures will certainly be to show more fat loss..........
