N2BM Bridge questions

I just found two bottle of bridge. Both sealed with a 2011 mfg date on the bottom.

Will these kill me if I take them?

The dose is three caps per day. Any problem with popping all three with my evening meal?

If it was stored properly it will be perfectly fine and effective. Even if not, the worst that can happen is it will lose a little potency
