MYOPLEX meal replacement

sure it works....it mixes up and gets protein into you like it says.....as far as getting a great body from it...well don't hold your breath. To be honest with you...there are plenty of mrp's on the market that taste better and cost less. Nothing does the work for you and nothing beats real food!

has anyone tried this stuff? does it work as good as mentioned??? its abit expensive i think.

Real food is best, don't waste your hard earned dollars on this crap and don't fall victim to their advertising.

Myoplex is great stuff. If you shop on the internet ,they will give you the best prices. I have bought Myoplex Deluxe for less then a can of tuna would cost you.And that is Deluxe Myoplex.Try www.Fitrx.com or try the sponsors here. Search!

I tried it for a while, but found my BF% increased. I think it has too much crap in it, too much sugar as well.

Just go quality protein like Ion Exchanged whey isolate or Micro-filtred WPI, and just take in multi-vitamins seperately and get fast ingested carbs from Maltodextrin or glucose monohydrate; complex carbs from wholemeal etc. I think not only is this cheaper, but much more effective in terms of nutritional values too.

It's great stuff on the label, but i have found that in practice liquid food never worked nearly as well as real food. Even when the calorie and nutrient content was close to the same.

Like slip slap said... there is no substitute for real food. I have been using myoplex lately for my post workout shake at the gym. I still go home and slam down some oatmeal though..

It's funny that you said this because i wrote pretty much the same thing then erased it. Anyway, everytime i drank those pieces of shit my skin got THICK and i retained water. Then took in more calories and carbs from real food and BAM no water retention, thinner skin and FULL muscles.

I no longer trust that chemistry that they put and market to us. Don't mess with food, keep it basic, your body does just fine and with real food, in fact it thrives on it so stick with it.

Myoplex tastes like ass. Much better MRP's on the market.

Give ProLab Lean Mass Matrix a shot, one of the best IMO...
