This product was likley inspired or influenced by a recent study(March 2006) in the Asain Journal of Andrology where albino rats were given the herbal ingredient Fadogia Agrestis. The amount of Fadagia given to the rats was 18mg/Kilo, 50mg/kilo, and 100 mg/kilo of body weight. This would translate into humans needing a pretty large dose to begin to approach the difference observed in the rats.

Below are the ingredients from MyoGenX. In order for this preparation to increase one's testosterone levels and to increase one's testicle size, the Fadogia Agrestis has to either stimulate the hypothalmus to produce more GnRH which will translate into more LH and FSH being released from the pituitary gland. Or Fadogia Agrestis has to act as an LH analog and stimulate the leydig cells to make more T.

However, even assuming that this preparation can raise your testosterone levels 200%, the HPTA feedback loop is still active which will start to down regulate the system in some way once testosterone levels increase to this degree. Furthermore, any time you raise Testosterone by that degree you increase aromatase activity. There is nothing in this preparation to deal with aromatase either. If your E2 levels rise along with your T levels, the increase in testosterone and the desiered sexual performance and drive effects can be negated.

As for multiple orgasms, nothing in MyoGenX that deals with prolactin which raises in a male right after orgasam and causes a need for a recovery stage. Most males will not not get an erection as long as the Prolactin levels stay high no matter how much extra T is in the body.

Now if this preparation had some Dostinex in it, perhaps the multiples will take place.

Without some high quality studies with repeatable results on humans not rats, I remain pretty skeptical.

Any one from the company that produces this stuff care to chime in on how the ingredients listed below achieve what the original poster claims?

I think there is something MORE to it that just the raised testosterone levels. I have been on many different cycles and never felt this effect from steroids. I don't doubt it has a positive impact on your Test levels. But there seems to be something else at play.
