Hey guys I can work out upto 4-5 days a week but I choose not due to overtraining.
My current routine is roughly the following
Day 1:
Chest, triceps, back
Day 2:
Rest
Day 3:
Shoulders, biceps, legs
Then I repeat, so its 1 day on 1 day off.
I've been seening gains, but wondering if I could make it more effective.
