My Vitamin Stack I Plan on Using, Comments?

These are the vitamins I plan on using. For a 2 month supply of them it will cost me 110 bucks from Vitacost.com, using mostly the NSI and Twinlab products.

CLA
Tribulus Terrestris
Glucosamine and Chonroitin w/ MSM
B-complex
Multi-vitamin w/ calcluim
Twinlab Cher-Amino Protein Liquid Cherry
L-glutamine, L-arginine/L-orthinine

Attached is a microsoft word plan on how I will stack them and other foods.

Any comments, additions, changes? Thanks.

May possibly make you loose some (but certainly not a lot of) bodyfat.
Cut down a few calories (like 1 sandwich/day) and you get the same effect.

Tribulus Terrestris
If you have a libido problem. Not for raising free testosterone.

I would only take these if you have joint problems allready or if you have a family history of these problems.

B-complex
Why? What's their addition to a multi-vit tab?

Multi-vitamin w/ calcluim

Arginine/ornithine may show some benefit. Dump the glutamine.

Thanks for your reply, Big'r

I need calories for gaining weight, hard to cut down calories for me so i think i will keep the CLA.

As for L-glutamine, how about the peptides form? i'm thinking of this one - German American Technologies L-Glutamine Peptide Powder Vanilla - http://www.vitacost.com/GermanAmeri...wder/searchby-PN/searchtext-glutamine peptide

I will dump the Triubulus, L-glutamine, and I found Multivitiman with B-complex.

As for the Twin lab cher amino - http://www.vitacost.com/TwinlabCherAminoLiquid It is only 15 dollars for 32 servings of 15 grams per serving and it says "The protein used in this product is predigested collagen and whey (Lactalbumin) protein and is therefore utilized 100%" You think I should keep it? I heard the ingredients help with realising hgh because i really want to grow more, im 16.

Im also thinking of using Neurogenex and MGF-1. Any comments on that? Thanks.

For the multi I would go with Centrum Performance, or the one GNC product worth a damn - Megamens Multivitamin. The only difference between these two is GNC's vit. supposedly is time released for better absorbstion.

Also, one of my favorite vit/min is ZMA. Its Zinc, Magnesium, and Vitamin B6. You take it before you go to bed. It helps supports test production and puts you in a good, deep, sleep.

I kind of disagree about the Glucosamine/Chonroitin part. I've read medical studies about how beneficial this is for younger people to take it because it helps prevent arthitis. Nothing wrong with preventative care. Just my opinion.

Even intravenous glutamine does not do anything. So i wouldn't.

Not impressed. Just take 30-40 g whey 0.5-1 hour pre workout.
