Approved Log My TRT and Deca Cycle log

Hey guys here is my first go at a Cycle log so that I may work with experts to guide me and help me further learn.
I am 49, in very good physical shape I am 6'2, 209 lbs roughly 13-14% bf, I have strong cardiovascular properties as a results of years of competitive cycling and running. I have been lifting weights in some capacity for 20+ years. I have three cycles under my belt (1. 12wk Test C cycle at 250mg ( no issues), 2. Test C 500mg wk( slight bloat as I ran no ai and I screwed around with dbol) 3. Test c 500mgwk with 300mg NPP ( my favorite cycle by far, I felt great and recovery was amazing). Currently I sit on 260mgof test c on TRT, my doctor has mentioned my ability to use DECA from 200 to 300 mg per week.

My proposed cycle of 16 weeks ( for long esters)

I would like to increase my TRT dose from 260 up to 360-400mg range.
I would like to take the suggested 200mg of Deca and increase that possibly at week 5.
I would still take the adex twice per week the day after I pin for e2 control.

What I am still trying to understand is what would the value of adding NPP the first 4 weeks be in terms of waiting for the Deca to take effect?
In this example:
Weeks 1-4 100mg NPP + 200mg Deca for 300mg nandroline.
Starting week 5 drop the NPP and increase the Deca an additional 100mg for a total of 300mg.
Stay on Deca to the end of week 14 then the final two weeks on testosterone alone to finish the 16 week cycle

The ration would be close to a 1:1 but still slightly higher with test.


As to my diet I eat roughly 300grams of protein, adequate complex carbs, frutis and vegetables. I eat mostly clean, I dont not eat sweets or junk food or processed foods. I consume I would say 100+ grams of protein through shakes and protein shakes with fruit before or after I workout. I drink 1/2 to one gallon of water per day. I generally workout 5-6 times a week with a split , basic bar and dumbbell movements sets of 5 usually with 6-8 reps, generally by set 5 I am pretty gassed on dumbells which makes the barbell that much more tough, but I love it. I had to tak e6 weeks off as I had hernia surgery and am now clear to light and the past two weeks i have been building back up. Most of the work is broken down as either PUSH or PULL movements, Legs are just that with squats, lunges, sumos and calve raises. I workout in my garage at home most session take 1-1.5 hours during the summer given the humidity ( slows you down). I walk on average eod 5 miles and will jog for up to 20 minutes at a slow pace for fun. I take DHEA eod, multivitamins, omega 3's, CoQ10.
I get on average 8-8.5 hours of sleep each night, I only wake up to go to the bathroom.

I think a lot 260mg / week are not TRT, because 200mg / week made around 1200/1400ng.
Use NPP as kick start with Deca are a great idea to me .... It's better and more safe than oral like Dbol / Adrol for 4 weeks.

Do you get a blood work before this cycle ? It's very important.

Try to take your NPP 50mg twice week and not 100mg in one time if possible.

To me if you have quality gear :

Test C 300mg
Nandrolone D 100mg / week
Nandrolone Phenylpropionate 50mg twice week

When your stop the NPP up your Deca to 200mg and rest with test C 300mg
Add a compound for helping your well-being like Proviron, think about your estradiol and prolactin (it's why blood work are important)

If you have nop with Masteron, it's surely a good option, the Di-Propionate version give awesome effect on well-being and libido 50mg twice week.

I’m learning I don’t need to go pin huge amounts of gear for gains.
I have some Proviron and I will be ordering more, is the Ultima the best thing I can get or is there another quality product out there?

If possible share with us all your blood work in details.
Like i said before a cycle it's important so 3 months ago (if i have well understand) are not good :cry:

So if possible give a full blood work (hematocrit, psa, LDL&HDL, cholesterol, transaminases, prolactin, estradiol ...) test and aas have a impact on IGF-1 too and Deca for some people drop the iron level like hell.

If you react well with Ultima, continue with it, i'm not fan to use different lab in one cycle, try to rest in your cycle with the same particulary if you're react well (some contact use Ultima and Nakon with awesome results).

Personnaly i used Euro-Pharmaceuticals from PSL (sponsors here) with Sustanon / Deca / NPP / Proviron / IGf-1 Lr3 / Anastrozole with great success, but everyone react differently, depend the type of oil, solvant etc used to made the stuff.

Oh yes, Deca are 19-nor so it's possible to have some side effect during summer like lot sweating ... it's why i recommand to use this posology and not more.

If possible (again lol) try to write what do you eat, what type of training, when your OFF too etc ....

I think before we talk real cycle details lets start with you sharing your full diet.

meals foods you eat when you eat them and how much and so on
diet is key here

training, sets reps what you do when you do it and so on, weights

we need details to really push to the next level all forums will agree with this.

Alright guys here is an approximation of what I eat and have been able to eat non stop.
I drink 1 to 1.5 cups of coffee each morning and I do not drink any alcohol, smoke drugs or tobacco.
A cheat day for me is a huge salad with dressing and chicken with nuts and fruit and 2-3 pieces of pizza.

The rest is pretty vanilla.

Daily Meals on average



Meal 1 (Fall, Spring, Winter)

30grams egg proteins

20grams turkey sausage low sodium

Whole bagel or half bagel and a full cup or so of cold oatmeal soaked in NF milk.

Multivitamin, fish oil, 1.5 creatine ( I use for muscle recovery and not volume), .5g HMB is included in the creatine.

During the summer though I stick with 1000 calorie shakes with whey, fruit and NF milk, its too hot and humid to eat meals in Tennessee sometimes.

Meal 2

Usually, a 600calorie protein shake with NF milk

Handful of almonds or dried fruit with some Greek yogurt.

Meal 3

Grilled chicken thighs and rice or grilled chicken thighs wrapped in flour tortillas, I eat between 3-4 thighs.

Meal 4

Pre workout

Rice krispies with NF milk, scoop of whey to drink.

Meal 5

Sweet potatoes and lean ground beef or grilled steak and some sort of vegetable.

Meal 6

Chicken and rice with vegetables



Meal 7

Protein shake 800 calories post workout.

Scoop of cold oats about a cup (I love this stuff)



Meal 8

Protein shake with water before bed.

  • Chest Dips – Bodyweight: 5 sets of 10 reps
  • DB Flys – Flat: 5 sets of 8 reps

Back:

  • Straight Arm Lat Pulldown: 5 sets of 8 – 10 reps
  • Reverse Close Grip Lat Pulldown: 5 sets of 8 – 10 reps

Picture of me,,I do have abdominal separation and not a ton of fat. I had laparoscopic surgery 5 weeks ago and the post surgery bloat takes up to three months to resolve.

I am ready to start just need some guidance.

So far I’ve heard suggested 300 test / 200 Deca and jump start with npp.

I have not started the deca /test cycle yet, I thought I was developing a framework.

No sir, Inigual hernia surgery done robotically, repaired with mesh. I took bpc157/tb500 to help speed recovery, I clear to lift per the doctor.

If possible share with us all your blood work in details.
Like i said before a cycle it's important so 3 months ago (if i have well understand) are not good :cry:

So if possible give a full blood work (hematocrit, psa, LDL&HDL, cholesterol, transaminases, prolactin, estradiol ...) test and aas have a impact on IGF-1 too and Deca for some people drop the iron level like hell.

If you react well with Ultima, continue with it, i'm not fan to use different lab in one cycle, try to rest in your cycle with the same particulary if you're react well (some contact use Ultima and Nakon with awesome results).

Personnaly i used Euro-Pharmaceuticals from PSL (sponsors here) with Sustanon / Deca / NPP / Proviron / IGf-1 Lr3 / Anastrozole with great success, but everyone react differently, depend the type of oil, solvant etc used to made the stuff.

Oh yes, Deca are 19-nor so it's possible to have some side effect during summer like lot sweating ... it's why i recommand to use this posology and not more.

If possible (again lol) try to write what do you eat, what type of training, when your OFF too etc ....

Sorry I misunderstood, my high blood levels were three months back and the most recent was about six weeks back and the doctor wanted to make sure I was adjusted to the dosage which I was on. I have been on 260mg per week for a few months and thats it.

At minimum effective level of Tren E wouldn't that be about 100mg per week? Mixed with Deca another nor 19 seems like that might be too much, I am more than likely incorrect but I would be concerned about Introducing two new compounds on top of TestC and not knowing which was causing any potential sides. I have run 500mg test and 300or so of NPP in the past with no issues, it was amazing. I would like to try tren at least once though that being said wouldn't Tren A be better served in a cutting cycle with test and Masteron and some anavar?

Right now I am only on 260mg per week of test c. My trt doc mentioned adding deca and that 200mg per week would only be the start that I could increase. I am not sure if I stick to 260mg test c and 200 mg deca or increase the test and the deca after the first month. I have plenty of test c, npp and three bottle of mast e, plenty of ancillaries.

Most days I aim for 300gr protein and I have been eating 350-400grams of carbs and watching fat intake unless it’s plant based.

I never really logged what I ate and sort of eyeballed my workouts based on how I felt through perceived exertion. I can easily record this in excel daily.

Example of what I ate today

Two 60 gram protein shakes with milk and bananas and fruit. One for breakfast with 2 cups of oatmeal and nuts the second shake around 3pm.
Lunch 6 ounces of grilled steak sweet potatoes and some more oatmeal.
Greek yogurt, nuts and fruit
Dinner 5 grilled chicken thighs wrapped in a tortilla with lettuce and yogurt sauce.
Protein shake with water an hour before bed

Is that enough detail on meals or do you want to see macro breakdown?

This is all making sense to me now, it’s a barometer of physical performance, I get it now.

260mg for trt? That is not good for you long term to constantly redline your endocrine system like that. Your trt is what I cycle for testosterone cypionate when I do cycle, I would seriously consider lowering that trt because you are basically cycling year round with that.

My doctor increased my dosage from 200 to 260 as my test level was only around 900 and he wanted it at the optimal level. Prior to trt I was 48 and hitting 285 test levels. I would bust my butt doing kettlebell routines and trying to increase bench all I was getting was emaciated and so ripped it wasn’t funny, I could not gain much if any muscle at all and I was eating over 4k calories per day. Thank you for your input, I appreciate it.

I'm 35 and my levels are 671 with my trt, just wanted to say be careful is all because that is alot for trt for a long time, atleast u are under doctor supervision with it so that is a good thing.

Doctor said sides are generally limited near 1:1 as long as they are equal or test is slightly higher but not to double to 2:1 as the extra test can cause sides.

I am proceeding cautiously, no need to be reckless in my opinion.

He’s a former ibbf guy and has his phd and md specializing in hormones and endocrinology.
My last blood test which had me coming off a 500mg test and npp run for 12 weeks my blood serum was 1200.

Split that 200 to 100mgs with the test twice weekly? I will start this Monday. I have a template to use daily for weights / exercises and macros as Carbs, Fat and Protein . Does the team want macros per meal or daily net? I can do either but need to have a standard that I follow.

As to Monday and Thursdays pins I am looking at Test and Deca, is there any need to kick start the cycle with 50mg NPP with the Deca for the first four weeks or simply stick with Test and deca and roll for 16 weeks? From what I have read from you all except for a few stick with 260mg Test and 200 Deca, if that's the plan then I will stay the course and make adjustments down the road with your guidance. If you have any other concerns or suggestions please throw them my way, I have thick skin.

Split that 200 to 100mgs with the test twice weekly? I will start this Monday. I have a template to use daily for weights / exercises and macros as Carbs, Fat and Protein . Does the team want macros per meal or daily net? I can do either but need to have a standard that I follow.

@man05 100mgs deca monday 100mgs deca thursday and you need to up the protein and fats and get carbs around 100 grams
