I thought i start a long on Elitefitness.com. I been around for while on different forums. Logging has help me reach my goals.

Fasted morning Cardio. 45 minutes
Push Day
Nautilus Seated chest press.  3 sets x 12 reps
Flex Fitness seated chest press.  3 sets x 12 reps
Cybex incline seated press.   3 sets x 12 reps
Machine Dips. 3 sets x 15 reps
Lateral raise machine.   3 sets x 15 reps
pec dec.     3 sets x 15 reps
Tricep rope pushdowns.   3 sets x 15 reps
Z bar Tricep pushdowns.  3 sets x 15 reps
Cable tricep pushdowns.   3 sets x 15 reps
