jens has the best recipes. When I first came to EF, it was not for C&C. It was actually for my health(hmmmm imagine that). I was trying to eat more to gain muscle and some weight. Well, starting cooking food from her recipes and have not stopped eating since then... maybe I should actually slow down, lol. I have gain 15 pounds or so. That's a lot for my height. Maybe I should stop with the C&C(before I get into trouble) and take my pic-whore ass back to the women's fitness board.
