you may want to increase the carbs (at least a little).. some women experience low blood sugar effects.. perhaps add some fruits (little insuling response and good for liver glycogen as well)..
let me know if this helps.. otherwise we may need to attack this from a different angle

I'm also going to test wether Capoten+Yohimburn is
better than Yohimburn alone.
In theory Capoten should let you decrease your Yohimburn
dosage, yet still let you achieve the same effect as
a higher YOH dosage.
Capoten btw, is an A2 DOWN-REGULATOR which is mainly
used for low BP.

I don't find it like rocket fuel, its more of an uncomfortable feeling. You don't know what to do with yourself. Just a unpleasent feeling in general. I won't make that mistake again.

Hey macro, you mind answering this question? NO
Would I be able to have a doctor prescribe Yohimbine HCL powder? NO
I ask cause I once saw in on the Walgreen’s (or a different drugstore site) but of course now I can't find it. IT WAS PROBABLY YOHIMBE BARK POWDER.
Would he be able to just prescribe say, 4 grams of the powder? NO, IT IS PRESCRIBED BY TABLET If he would be able to, can you get it just at a regular pharmacy or a "compounding pharmacy"? NO, IT IS NOT COMPOUNDED.. IT IS ALL MADE BY MANUFACTURER.. IT IS NOT A COMPOUNDED ITEM.
Sorry if this is a stupid question but I have looked elsewhere and found nothing. Thanks.
YOHIMBINE HCL IS AVAILABLE AT THE SITE ABOVE.. YOU CAN ALSO GET IT FOR RESEARCH FROM SOME COMPANIES BUT COST IS COMPARABLE (IF THEY WILL SELL IT TO YOU)

Well, the only "oil" I could find that's kosher for me is soybean oil. Is this of any use?
Am not chemically minded to know anything about the gel, but am prepared to learn.
There are some commercially prepared lotions and oils I can use - with these be sufficient - or would they just sit on top of the skin?
Would straight water be an option?

not quite as simple as that. yohimbine it self has a very short half life (11 min ...at least when taken orally).. it is metabolised rather quickly in the contact of the right enzymes(though the high local concetrations will increase half life(once released systemically still apprx 11min). its metabolites have a much longer half life (10-oh yoh about 10hrs).
With respect to how frequently it may be applied to site without dimishing effect of prior applications.. 2 to 4. but four times may be too much unless exactly spaced and/or no "washing of site in between apps"... Ideally appplication should be at least 4hrs apart (preferably 6hr). This will vary on the speed of penetration and delivery which will vary.. but 4-6hrs will result in most of previous app being "delivered" (most important window of delivery is the first 1-2hrs).. this of course does vary depending on skin thickness, hydration, intercellular space, and several other facotrs........ more frequent apps MAY not dimish effectiveness if there is no "washing of site" in between apps. though you may get more systemic uptake (this seems to vary)

EmptyWallet said:
Macro you mention washing of the site, is that bad? Or in what case is it bad like your were referring to above??
macrophage69alpha said:
washing the site too soon after application is not good... but by 2 hours after application washing is of little consequence..
Some of those postulations above were based upon theoretical projections of uptake that have since been found to be skewed.
Though preferably WASHING should not take place until at LEAST 2hrs after application.
to answer UNREAL23's question
Sweating seems to have little effect on total uptake, other than increasing it.. though sweating also often leads to increased systemic uptake, which many find to be beneficial to workout.
Also more frequent application as delineated above has been shown for many to cause a great increase in water retention.. 1-2 times per day is better both results and appearance wise.. from experiences of users..
EmptyWallet said:
Oh Ok, I see now, yeah you wouldnt want to wash it off after you put it on!!! Anyway, I only put it on twice a day, and I wash before each application to get all the dirt and such off, and dead skin cells off. That should increase absortion right?
bigrand said:
Any problems with this, either timing of yburn application
NO.. unless it interferes with sleep
or effects of the Gly acid hindering effects of yburn?
probably not.. it may actually increase total uptake (given its action on the stratum corneum) but cant be sure
UnReal23 said:I'm starting my 2nd week now, just want to say that damn! I definitely see results on my lower abs. I did have my doubts. but not anymore.
Now for the question. if for the 1st week I only applied to lower abs, and for 2nd week I apply to love handles, will I be retaining water in my lower abs still during this week?
It MAY take at least part of the week for the water that you have from last weeks dosage to recede.. depending on dosage and individual retention.......It is less likely that you will continue retain water in lower abs....however.. for some people most of their retention is localized for others there is a more systemic retention of water.. and there is the issue of diffusion from the site .. so their proximity may be a factor in retention... but it is less likely that you will have significant retention
Common sense tells me no, since the 2 areas are fairly close together, but was still curious. O and thanx for the tip about applying with water macro, it took me a while longer to rub in but it wasn't sticky this time.![]()
esteveze said:would I be able to see results only with one application per day???YES
Also I am taking 4 pills a day of NYC. Spaced 2pills at 5:30am; 2pills at 11:30am. Should I add 2 more pills?IF YOU CAN TOLERATE THEM, BUT IT IS NOT ENTIRELY NECESSARY
bigrand said:Will isopropanol due?
As far as the grainyness, i just dont want it to fall off as im rubbing it on (the neophrene holds it on AFTER its been applied).
Thanx
