My Thanksgiving weekend - pics will come soon

So I need to get my own damn digital camera, I am always relying on other people to email or share their pictures with me after trips.

So on this trip, I thought of Perkele a lot, not in a way like he thinks about me, but I was on a trip to the mountains (Mammoth) and spend a lot of time with two chicks from Sweeden!

First off, they were un related, yet both tall, thin, with long straight blonde hair.

They told me that in Sweeden, and most of scandanavia, things are more expensive there. They think shopping in LA and NYC is cheap! They also told me that people there are not homophobic like here, and many straight guys in high school make out with each other???? That is exactly what made me think of Perkele. I've always admired how open and honest he was about his facination with Trannys, and I realize that its because people aren't raised there to be uptight about sex. Anyway, I digress...

So I spent a day on the mountain Snowboarding, nothing special there, mostly man made snow, not a lot of coverage, and there were so many beginners in the way it got annoying, even dangerous at times as I bombed down the hill.

I spent all day Saturday on a motor bike. My friend brought up two. One 250cc bike and one 440cc. It was fun. I hadn't been on a motorcycle for 10 years. I did about 25 miles worth of trail rides. We had two bikes and an off road truck following behind. Great pictures, I'll let you know when I get them.

I've had the same thing, still kind of working through it. I've stopped doing shrugs and it hasn't come back. I stopped working out for a week and got some deep, painful, theraputic massage and it has really helped. My traps don't have much of a problem growing, so cutting the shrugs hasn't hurt my shoulders too much. Just stretch and pay closer attention to your form, you'll be fine.
