Alright. I've seen a lot of people talk about this and ask questions about it lately, so I'm going to write down a couple of things that you need to consider before you do DC.
IMO, if you answer all the following questions with a "yes" then you can start DC training:
1- Have I been working out for a minimum of 4-5 years (serious training)
2- Do I understand the difference between the pain of injury vs. the pain of a good workout?
3- Can I lift heavy ass weights?
4- Can I psychologically get over the fact that DC training means forgetting a lot of other principles that I've learned over the oast years and applying new ones?
5- Can I accept the fact that I will need to take more days off and rest more when on DC training?
6- Will I read the information on the DC training website 3-4 times at least before starting it?
If you answer all of the above with a yes, you're ready for DC.
