I only carbed up half a day on Saturday. Next week I will do it on Sunday. This was only an experiment. My gi was a bit distressed too I was blowing some obnoxious wind lol. I might do more of a mix between high and low glycemic carbs next week.
Yeah, those high glycemic carbs can really fill you out and bloat fast putting a quick stop to the carb up.
I think I'm going to try for a 24-48 hour carb fest using only complex carbs and assess it from there.
