my shoulders are killing me!

hey guys,

my workouts have been struggling a bit lately due to shoulder joint pain. I've been taking some glucosamine and chondroitin to try and help regenerate cartilage for my joints, but i just started taking it, and it doesn't seem to be doing much....anyone know any tricks (other than deca) to help out my joints so i can still work out my best? I've tried lowering the weights i've been using during incline bench and incline flys because that is when the pain really starts to come. If anyone has any ideas, please help me out. Thanks.

stay the frick away from inclines as they will tear your shoulders up in a big way!!

MSM should do the trick pretty well

MSM= Methylsulfonylmethane. You can buy it at any supplement store either by itself or mixed with other things like Glucosamine and shark cartlage.:p

the problem is you dont have enough omega 3-6-12
those are natural occuring fatty oils which your body needs for joint lube and repair you can get that from either eating alot of salmon or simply going to the nearest vitamin store and picking up gelcaps.
