As many of you may or may not know I have serious shoe addiction. Here are a few that I am thinking of adding to my spring/summer 2004 collection. :qt:

I'm not a big shoe person myself.....but I like to look at them & they are very nice!! #3 are pretty cool!!
 
I like either boots or open-toed shoes. What can I say? I have pretty feet? LOL

I just can't stand pantyhose and stockings are not always appropriate if the skirt is short. I go bare-legged most often as a result, hence the preference for open toed shoes.

As for under my boots... ain't NUTHIN sexy about old-man style knee-highs, but hey! They get the job done.

If the guys only knew! LOL
 
I have about 200 pairs of shoes. However, I'm gonna say 75% of them were under $50. And I've only got maybe 5 pair that were over $100. I've got two walk-in closets, one regular closet, one wardrobe, two cedar chests, and two chest-of-drawers filled with clothes, bags and shoes.


Anya loves her retail therapy.

In my county (old Mexico) no one ever wears them. Specially with that reinfoced crotch! Oh no....your privates would be on fire. Even though I've been in America since I was a preschooler I've ever gotten into the habit of wearing them. Thighhighs if anything.

Over a 100 not exactly sure have not done a count in a while! I have a one big ass rubbermade container not sure how many it holds guessing a round 60. 3 smaller containers that hold about 15 each and my shoe rack around another 16 or so.

I'm thinking you got me beat on total $ value though. Your shoes are pricier. It's the sales that get me. I can resist a single pair of $120 shoes, but I'll find 3 pairs of like $20- $30 shoes in a month and jump on 'em.

And oh shit, I forgot about those rubbermade things. I've got four of them in one of the spare bedrooms too. Geez I dont know what I'm doing to do with all my clothes, bags, and shoes when I move out of my parents' house. I probably need to hit a consignment shop and start unloading some of my older stuff.
 
Not all of my shoes are a $100 plus I have some good deals I got 3 pairs of boots this winter for $140 at this store that does knock offs.
What size shoe do you were Anya? I am a 7 or 7 1/2.

I'm gonna used that on me poppy (dad) next time he starts in about my three bedrooms full of stuff. That's sweet!

For real dough, when my shoes start to look a little worn, I do the right thing and take them to the goodwill store. It's the only thing that keeps my conscence (sp?) in check.
 
I have a whole bag of clothes that are to big on me now that I need to drop off at my local good will.
Yeah my roommate thought he was all smart suggesting a game of shoe survivor. I had to put my foot down. Hell no shoes wont go!
How is your purse situation? I only have maybe 20 or so.

OK, for a non-shoe person I went out & bought 2 pairs of shoes today at Macy's......extra 15% off when you buy 2 pair. I'll have to take a pic when my step-daughter brings our camera back....
 
I'm baffled by how people are able to keep those slides on w/ the low front like the black ones above. That doesn't work for me. I need at least a strap above the upper part of my foot.

When I moved from down south to up north, first to purge my closet, I threw out about 4 boxes of shoes but still shipped 5 boxes of shoes north. Then I realized I have no "closed toe shoes" to handle life in the snow with. So I bought 6 pairs of high heel boots and a couple pairs of loafer type shoes. As I continue to accumulate more shoes now that summer is coming, oh god. It just never stops. It's almost embarrassing how many shoes I own. And I still don't have any work/casual brown heels. I guess I better address that issue. BTW I also own about 8 pairs of tennis shoes as well.

How in the hell do you walk in those things. I would love to buy some sexy shoes. I just can't walk without tripping. i just had on a very low heel shoe aobut 2 months ago. 20 minutes after wearing them, I wiped out. Am I hopeless?
 
I went to the mall today to pick up some vitamins over lunch I had run past the shoe stores with my eyes closed. I think I may have a little problem.

I love shoes but have a hard time finding ones that fit because my feet are wide. I wear a 7 or 7 1/2. I'll try on 50 pairs before finding a pair that are comfortable. This is probably a good thing, otherwise I'd wind up like you two! Sandals are my favorite and I get to wear them pretty much all year living in FL. I added a pic to my gallery (sorry, I don't know how to link it here) of my recent favorites that I bought since January. A pair of black patent 5" heels with an ankle strap, a pair of fussia slip ons with a black platform and heel, a pair of black and red thigh high boots that lace up the front, and my favorite sandals multicolored shorter heel with an ankle strap. The multicolored sandals just make me happy, they're so cheerful that it's impossible to be in a bad mood if I'm wearing them.

Oh, I also bought a pair of black flats loafer types with fabric tops....I got both pair for $85 which I think is not too shabby!!!

Mrs P -- those are some crazy shoes & so very cool!! Such vivid colors.....I like the boots!

Lucid -- ok now I still have Macy's coupons & looking at all the shoes you posted makes me want more.....so many to love, such a small closet.....

I love Steve Madden heels! Though I've given up on a lot of his boots. In the past 9 months I've not been happy with the quality. But his dressy heels.....damn. I LOVE shoes. 4" spike heels for the most part. I'm sure I'll regret it when I'm a lot older but they're so damn cute now....I hope it's worth it. :)

Wearing a high heel regularly helps develop your calf muscles, but that's our secret, don't tell the guys. ;)
 
This thread is turning into a thread of lust. lol The guys go to parts of the boards to drool over women....and I'm here drooling over heels. :)

I have a pair of BCBG sandals similar to that from 2 years ago... they are incredibly comfortable.

I can't find those shoes from above anywhere in my size. Everything links to zappos. I'm so sad.

I am so jealous of all you women with normal feet. I have an unsually long skinny foot. I wear an 8 AAA. YEs AAA. That means I can't walk into any store and buy a pair of shoes, I have to find some that actually fit or I would be swimming in them! ;(

Those look like a great shopping day shoe. :D Walk around the stores for hours and easy to slip on and off to try on other shoes!
 
OOOH so many shoes on sale this weekend, but I was good and didn't buy any...although I think I must own the awesome pair of Coach shoes I saw on sale for $130 when I get the security deposit for my last apartment back :)

Steve Madden store in The Water Tower Place must have got word that I was coming into Chicago because they were marking shoes down just as I came in. I got 4 pairs of shoes for $92. :verygood:
