The Right Size Diet mimics the circumstances necessarily to activate 6 repressed genes, those are the genes responsible for the human race surviving the darkest of time. So with our modern lifestyle of abundance those genes are repressed and in my opinion that's the reason men and women are suffering from low test, high levels of depression, chronic physical and mental illness.

Macros. Protein 180 grams, Carbs 100 grams, Fats only naturally occurring from your protein sources "no additional fat added". Daily calories intake approximately 1300

Cycle history
Cycle 1. Half cc of Deca Durabolin mixed with half cc of Primobolan taken every other day. Anadrol 50 to 200mgs a day dose increases over a 6 week period. Run this cycle for 6 weeks then switch to Cycle 2
Cycle 2. Half cc of EQ mixed with half cc of Trenbolon Acetate taken every other day. Anavar 30mgs a day
I rotate back and for between these two cycles never needed to increase the dose. These combinations give me slow but steady gains.
